The recently completely renovated house (June 2020) offers attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendly and safety and 1 pet is welcome. A lovely house fully equipped (WiFi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, 'Emma' mattresses, combi oven, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private garden around, bicycle shed with charging point, outside tap, etc.). The house has a cozy living room, open kitchen with all convenience, such as a combination microwave, fridge with freezer and toaster. There is an attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin and a bedroom with a bed and a semi-high sleeper. There is a separate toilet and a walk-in shower with washbasin. The entire house has central heating, PVC floor and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. The house stands on a plot of 147m², fully fenced with greenery and mesh and a renewed terrace with various furniture.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day, you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking, you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course, against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions. Please get informed about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbours.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
